Congratulations to the inspiring graduates of our Pizza Hut’s LeadHERship Cohort 3!

Last month, we proudly celebrated the graduation of 80 young women who embarked on a transformative journey of mentorship, workplace experience, and empowerment, in partnership with YES and local NPO’s.

Since the launch in 2022, the LeadHERship initiative has supported over 252 youth across three cohorts, with an impressive 91% competition rate and some amazing success stories, including some securing permanent roles, or starting their own side hustles.

This initiative tackles youth unemployment by equipping young women with practical skills, professional mentorship, and a monthly income to support their families. The ripple effect has extended benefits to nearly 795 lives.

As special thanks to keynote speaker Ntandoyenkosi Kuene-Radzuma, former Miss South Africa 2016, for inspiring our graduates to continue dreaming big and taking actions.
